TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Total Sports Travel requires written notification of cancellation from the traveler. Cancellation notifications received before the final payment is due are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit payments. Cancellations received after the final payment is due are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the package amount. All travel documents, if issued, must be returned to Total Sports Travel prior to any refund being issued. Refunds shall not be given for unused travel services or any portion thereof. If cancellation by one or more travelers alters the room requirements of the remaining travelers, travelers still traveling may be required to pay a revised rate.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. We request that you consider purchasing travel protection. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, personal or medical emergencies.

CHANGES TO BOOKING

Late names or name changes, that occur inside 60 days of travel will be charged a $50.00 fee. Late names, or name changes, that occur inside 14 days of travel will be charged a $100.00 fee.

Re-sale of all Total Sports Travel packages is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Total Sports Travel. Permitted re-sales are subject to a 4% change fee based on the original purchase price of the package.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS AND CHANGES

Total Sports Travel has no affiliation with any airline. Any airline reservations made on a traveler’s behalf by Total Sports Travel are subject to the applicable airline rules and regulations, changes and cancellation policies. The traveler is advised to contact the applicable airline 12 hours before departure and again 4 hours before departure to re-confirm departure time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The traveler agrees to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those covered by the package. Incidental charges can include food, beverages, telephone use, internet use, parking fees, and other hotel charges. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at the time of check-in. Most hotels expect their departing guests to vacate rooms by the posted check-out time, and arriving guests to check-in later than the posted check-in time. Most hotels do their best to minimize inconvenience and store luggage if one chooses to arrive early or depart late. Accommodations are subject to availability. Total Sports Travel reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with comparable bedding accommodations at either their own or the hotel’s discretion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: TICKETS

Unless stated otherwise, Total Sports Travel is not and does not hold itself out to be a ticket broker for the events in any travel package. Upon payment of the tour deposit and the event ticket, traveler acknowledges that Total Sports Travel often pays a premium to obtain tickets to events and that Total Sports Travel accesses tickets from a variety of sources that may or may not include the official ticket sales channel and secondary ticket market sources. Traveler hereby gives permission to Total Sports Travel to use its best judgment and experience and all available ticket sources to provide the tickets purchased with the travel package. In the event that Total Sports Travel is not able to provide tickets ordered or a reasonably comparable alternative, Total Sports Travel will reimburse the traveler an amount equal to the amount paid by the traveler for the tickets purchased but not delivered. This reimbursement will constitute the full and final extent of Total Sports Travel’s obligation to the traveler with respect to the non-delivery and any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising therefrom

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: DOCUMENTATION AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to obtain the documentation required for their trips such as passports, visas, birth certificates, and photo identification.

HEALTH AND ACTIVITIES

Travelers should be in good overall health in order to fully appreciate their trip. Travelers should also be able to walk moderate distances at a steady pace and navigate uneven surfaces. If you have concerns about your ability to participate in a Total Sports Travel trip, we strongly urge you to consult your personal physician prior to your departure. Please advise Total Sports Travel of any physical limitations that may affect your ability to travel.

Certain Total Sports Travel trip itineraries may not be able to accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Likewise, we regret that we’re unable to provide individual assistance to guests with mobility assistance or other personal needs. The responsibility of the Total Sports Travel Tour Director who accompanies the trip is to ensure the safety and well-being of the entire group. He or she cannot be relied upon to provide ongoing individual assistance to any one guest. Guests requiring such individualized assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion who can provide the needed assistance.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Traveler’s authorization to use one’s credit card number for deposit and/or final payments indicates complete compliance with the booking terms and conditions, whether or not the traveler has signed the appropriate draft. Verbal and/or electronic authorization of the traveler’s credit card confirms the traveler’s reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all acceptable forms of credit card payments. Any changes to credit card payments are subject to a credit card processing fee of 4%. This fee covers the costs of processing these transactions.

PAYMENT RULES

Please refer to the event-specific payment schedules at www.totalsportstravel.com and/or in Total Sports Travel marketing documents. The initial deposit payment and all subsequent payments are to be made by either cash, credit card, or check. Payments that are more than 7 days in arrears are subject to immediate cancellation of the entire invoice with no refund.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of the State of Alabama where applicable. Any disputes regarding these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Alabama.
